Pursuant to article 13 1 and sec. of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of April 27, 2016, we hereby inform that:

2. We process only the data concerning: names and surnames, place of residence, place of employment, contact data, remuneration, education and professional experience, and other data voluntarily submitted by an authorised person;
3. We do not process sensitive data/
4. Personal data will be processed:
   1. For the purposes of realising recruitment processes consisting of providing our clients with potential candidates for work, which is related with the core activity of Yellow Heads Polska Sp. z o.o.
   2. In order to contact potential candidates for work and present them with job offers matching their education and experience;
5. The grounds for processing is voluntary consent, expressed by contacting us (Article 6 sec. 1 point a of GDPR) or by obtaining information provided voluntarily by a person whose data are processed in Internet websites (eg. linkedin.com, goldenline.pl, etc.) and other places for reasons of seeking employment, which is justified by particular needs of the controller as an entity professionally dealing with searching for workers for the purposes of (Article 6 sec. 1 point f of GDPR).
6. The personal data of the people who meet the recruitment criteria contained in candidate database may be provided to potential employers in order to allow for contract and carrying out job interviews.
7. The collected data are in no way forwarded abroad or to international organisations.
8. Your personal data will be stored for a maximum period of 5 years from the moment of obtaining or latest update made by you, which is justified by reasons of validity of the data related to candidates' skills and competences and utility of such data for use in currently held recruitment projects.
   Adter the lapse of such time, the personal data will be permanently removed from IT systems and hard copies - destroyed.
9. You have the right of access your data, the right to rectify, the right to remove, the right to restrict the processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of any processing performed on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal.
10. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, if you consider that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016;(GDPR) or other provisions on the processing of personal data;
11. Processing personal data by you is a prerequisite for realising our recruitment services. Not providing personal data or withdrawing the consent for processing will resuly in there being no possibility of rendering services and take your offers into consideration in open or new recruitment projects;
12. Within our business activity, we do the profiling of the personal data on the basis of the criteria related to the properties of natural persons - i.e. in particular: education, skills or professional experience, whose purpose is the choice of candidates matching the requirements of individual recruitment processes.
13. At any time, you may object against profiling your data, however, no possibility of profiling may make it impossible for us to realise the recruitment processes for you and thus exclude you from participating in recruitment projects;
14. The collected personal data will not be used to make automated decisions based on profiling. Every making of a decision concerning individual candidates, previously selected based on profiling shall be preceded by a detailed analysis made by a detailed analysis made by a representative of Yellow Heads Polska Sp z.o.o.;
15. All data are secured against unauthorised access by third parties. As to computer files, we use cryptographic methods or access codes. The access to an application containing personal data is granted only to authorised personnel and only within necessary scope, and hard copies are stored in places physically secured agains unauthorised third party access.
